The supply chain of our company has taken a significant step toward the consolidation of a more robust and multidisciplinary team. The integration of the supply teams from Polyban and Sarapalma with the Unibán team has strengthened our operational capacity and promoted greater strategic alignment, with the aim of improving our processes and services.
Recently, the Supply Chain management underwent an integration process where the individuals responsible for supply activities at the Polyban and Sarapalma subsidiaries joined the Unibán team, enabling us to have a strong, multidisciplinary team.
Supply Chain: Integration and Synergy for the Future
Following this integration, the team recently participated in a session focused on alignment, cohesion, and recognition. Through activities designed to foster teamwork, spaces were created that added value to the process and facilitated an understanding of the corporate strategy, which serves as the roadmap for the operation of the supply chain area.
This activity, supported by the Human Development area and facilitated by external consultant Lina Correa from the firm Mundo Circular, included alignment exercises where the team identified shared values, the company’s vision, and the supply chain strategy.
During cohesion activities, the team focused on recognizing the group and its new members. This highlighted how the organization’s diversity enhances processes by integrating new skills that enrich daily operations and the services provided to the company.
Finally, recognition exercises outlined the key guidelines of the process—what is done and how it is done—to maximize talent and explore alternatives that drive the team toward continuous improvement.
Through these experiential workshops, the unity of our company and the alignment of processes in support of the corporate strategy have been successfully realized.
