Our value model at Unibán is based on a shared vision where people are the protagonists, supported by excellent knowledge management, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

It is made up of 14 individual components, as follows:

Strategic Processes:

It consists of three components: strategic direction, corporate and sustainability affairs, and producer relations. At Unibán, we are committed to generating shared value with our stakeholders, especially our producers. Therefore, in our strategic processes, we have established producer relations as one of the key drivers of economic growth and long-term business sustainability.

Mission-critical Processes:

These are the core business processes that involve understanding the market, directly engaging with customers, and ensuring efficient and profitable demand fulfillment. They encompass four components: sales and marketing, producer and third-party services, productivity, and operations.

Support Processes:

These processes support the fulfillment of strategic and mission-critical business processes. They consist of seven components: human resource management, IT management, financial management, administrative management, supply chain management, maintenance management, and security and protection management.
