EAFIT Talent Fair: Connecting with Future Professionals
As a company, we recognize that to continue building Uniban’s future, we must cultivate and attract the best talent to contribute their knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieving our proposed objectives.
With the aim of solidifying Uniban’s image as a leader in the development and sustainability of Colombian agriculture, we once again participated in the EAFIT University Talent Fair. This event not only allowed us to showcase our operations and what makes us a solid and attractive organization in the job market but also provided an opportunity to connect with students and individuals interested in joining our community and contributing to the banana industry.
During the 2024 edition of this talent fair, we welcomed over 150 attendees, including students and graduates who visited our stand to learn about the work we do. It is worth highlighting that most attendees were between the ages of 21 and 25 and came from a variety of faculties and disciplines, such as Business Administration, Social Communication, Agricultural Engineering, Product Design, Biology, Psychology, and more.
By participating in these events and collecting valuable insights, we are proud to see how Uniban and its employment offerings are increasingly attracting a younger audience, positioning us as a leading company in the logistics and agribusiness sectors.
