Undoubtedly, our service milestones represent one of the most significant events of the year for the company. It’s not just a gathering of collaborators in an atmosphere of gratitude, but also an opportunity to recognize the experience, leadership, commitment, dedication, and adaptability of those who make up our community—a reflection of the diversity that makes Uniban an increasingly competitive company.
Medellín
This year, unlike previous editions, the celebration brought together not only the honorees and Uniban’s extended family but also integrated affiliates Sarapalma, Uberaba, Polyban, and Fundación, creating a unique experience to honor the trajectory and contributions of 474 employees.
Urabá
In the days leading up to the celebrations at our Medellín and Urabá locations, the entire community came together to honor those celebrating their first five years and those whose years of experiences and achievements span up to 40 years of service.
The 2024 service milestone celebrations, which included moments of anticipation and curiosity leading up to the event, culminated in a gathering where honorees, guests, families, leaders, and the executive committee took a journey through the company’s history. This included a photo exhibit marking over 50 years of growth and development.
We still have upcoming milestone celebrations at our Magdalena and Cartagena offices, which will take place in the coming months. These events will also retrace the steps that have shaped the history of our organization.
